  IT Manager Job responsibilities: Running regular operations regarding network and data security. Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization. Conducting regular system audits. Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages. · Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget. Providing direction for IT team members. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. · Ensures network security throughout the organization. Controls and manages telephone and internet infrastructure in the organization. IT Manager Job qualifications and requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree . Ten or more years of IT work experience. Certification and Hands-on cloud experience (Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud / AWS) is a must
