  Key Responsibilities:
  - Project Management: Oversee and manage the finishing and fit-out phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  - Technical Expertise: Provide technical solutions, ensure compliance with building codes, and maintain high-quality standards.
  - Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  - Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures and conduct final inspections.
  - Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety audits.
  - Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports and maintain accurate records.
  Qualifications:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  - 5-8 years of experience in finishing and fit-out projects, with at least 3 years in KSA.
  - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in KSA.
  - Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
  - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  - Proficiency in project management software.
  - Experience with sustainable building practices.
  - Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
  - Familiarity with BIM software.
