  • Description:
    A receptionist with 3 years of experience is needed for performing various administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing information to customers.
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files and records, and managing the office calendar.
    • Performing basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as preparing invoices and processing payments.
    • Providing general administrative support, such as typing and copying documents, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
    • Maintaining a clean and organized front office, and ensuring that office supplies are always well-stocked.
    • Assisting with special projects, as needed, and performing other duties as assigned by management.
    • Saudi National.
    The ideal candidate should have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required, although a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office, is also essential.
