  • Minimum of 10 years’ related experience in an HSE responsibility post.
  • Previous experience in big construction projects (Civil).
  • Preferably previous experience in a company with a strong QHSE culture and/or in internationally financed projects.
  • OSHA certification is a must.
  • NEBOSH certification is an added plus.
  • Transferable IQAMA is preferred.
  • Any Nationality.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills including a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with regulatory authorities, government officials, Lender representatives and senior executives within the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
