• Description:
  The Group Zakat and Tax Manager will directly oversee and personally lead the Zakat and Tax function within the group.

  • Ensure compliance with local and foreign laws of Zakat and other types of taxes; Income, VAT, WHT, Transfer Pricing.
  • Manage Zakat planning for the Company and its subsidiaries in KSA.
  • Achieve tax savings across the Group.
  • Prepare consolidated Zakat statements.
  • File Zakat, VAT and WHT returns.
  • Manage Zakat and Tax audits.
  • Ensure tax compliance in foreign subsidiaries and follow up on tax audits.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field of study from a reputable university.
  • MBA or master’s degree from a reputable university is highly desirable.
  • SOCPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Big 4 experience.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience within the finance function, last 5 years of which being in a managerial role managing Zakat and Tax function.
  • Successful track record in resolving issues with GAZT.
