  The Group Budget Senior Manager will directly oversee and personally lead the budgeting and financial analysis function within the group.

  • Lead the annual budget and forecast preparation and recommend periodical revisions.
  • Consolidate the budget and forecast of the Group’s companies.
  • Monitor performance versus budget and forecast on a Group level.
  • Explain deviations and recommend corrective measures.
  • Analyse performance against benchmarks.
  • Challenge budget and forecast assumptions and projections of the Group’s companies.
  • Report weaknesses and risks and recommend action plan.
  • Develop and maintain budget and forecast policy and procedures across the Group.
  • Control budget spending on a Group level.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field of study from a reputable university.
  • MBA or master’s degree from a reputable university is highly desirable.
  • CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, CFA certification is highly desirable
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience in manufacturing companies, preferably pharmaceuticals.
  • 12 to 15 years of experience within the finance function, last 5 years of which being in a managerial role managing budget and forecast.
  • Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Successful track record in managing budget function.
  • Strong finance operations background with clear competence in accounting, financial analysis, financial policies, procedures and controls and the willingness to get involved at the ground level.
