• Description:
  The role will assist the Group Financial Reporting Manager in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of the Group

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, and GAZT laws and regulations.
  • Prepare the monthly consolidated financial statements of the group in both Arabic and English form.
  • Support external and internal audits.
  • Review and reconcile intercompany balances.
  • Coordinate with Group’s companies on the completion of the Group’s consolidation package in compliance with the Group’s instructions and deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of the board, audit committee and management reports and presentations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university.
  • MBA or master’s degree from a reputable university is highly desirable.
  • CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, SOCPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Big 4 experience.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience within the finance function, with hands on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical or other manufacturing companies is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office application, mainly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
