  Responsibilities:
  •Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  •Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  •Assign responsibilities and track project milestones.
  •Ensure projects adhere to company objectives and industry standards.
  •Lead and motivate project teams.
  •Collaborate with different departments (e.g., finance, operations, marketing).
  •Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.
  •Conduct regular team meetings to track progress.
  •Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures.
  •Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  •Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  •Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  •Address challenges and ensure timely issue resolution.
  •Adapt project plans as needed to overcome obstacles.
  •Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  •Provide regular updates to senior management.

  Requirements:
  •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  •8-12 years of project management experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
  •PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
  •Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  •Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  •Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  •Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  •Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
