• Manage IT budgets, control costs, and drive value through technology investments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
2. ERP & Enterprise Applications Management:
• Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP HANA and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP with POS, e-commerce platforms, and supply chain systems.
• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Work closely with business units to optimize ERP functionalities for operations, finance, and procurement.
3. IT Infrastructure & Security:
• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure, including cloud solutions, networks, and servers.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance measures aligned with ISO standards and data protection regulations.
• Implement and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks.
4. Data & Business Intelligence:
• Leverage SAP HANA’s in-memory computing and Microsoft Dynamics analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Establish strong data governance frameworks to enhance reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence.
• Support retail analytics initiatives, including demand forecasting and customer behavior
5. Cybersecurity & Compliance:
• Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect business-critical systems and customer data.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, industry standards, and internal governance policies.
• Conduct regular IT risk assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
• Collaborate with key business leaders to align IT initiatives with operational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure cost-effective IT solutions by optimizing vendor support and external partnerships.
