  Dynamics AX 365 Functional Consultant MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes through ERP solutions.
  • Work closely with ERP Implementation Team
  • Creating functional specifications for solutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions.
  • Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Works with stakeholders to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  • Keep up to date with Microsoft Dynamics AX updates and industry best practices
  PREREQUSITE PROFILE Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:
  3 - 6+ years of experience in a ERP Functional Consultant – Dynamics AX role
  Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong Knowledge in Dynamics AX 365 - Finance and Supply Chain module
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics AX 365
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
