  Section III : Do-Key Activities and responsibilities of the Role
  1.Bid Development and Submission.
  2.The creation of technical bids, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.
  3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical input and align proposals with company capabilities.
  4.Address client queries and ensure all requirements are clearly understood and reflected in the bid.
  5.Documentation and Compliance: Review the technical documents, including designs, methodologies, and implementation plans.
  6.Ensure bids comply with regulatory, legal, and contractual standards.
  7.Work with internal departments such as engineering, sales, finance, and legal to gather necessary information for the bid.
  8.Facilitate communication between technical teams accounts team to communicate with the clients during the bid process.
  9.Identify risks associated with the project and propose mitigation strategies.
  10.Develop winning strategies based on competitive analysis and market understanding.
  11.Support post-bid clarifications and negotiations.
  12.Provide feedback and lessons learned to improve future bids.
  13.Supporting presales, sales and solutions team with technical solutions Section IIII : Display – Knowledge, Skills & Competencies - Qualifications 1.Strong engineering background in one or more of the following fields: Electronics & Telecommunications, Software, or related disciplines.
  2.Experience in digital transformation, automation, smart cities, IoT, and low-current systems.
  3.Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  4.Proficiency in using AI tools, planning, design, and documentation tools to effectively coordinate technical and financial bid processes.
  5.Prior experience in Bidding in Saudi Arabia, particularly in dealing with the Etimad platform.
  6.Conduct market research to evaluate potential suppliers and compare their offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with project requirements.
