• Description:
  Responsibilities:
  •Communicate with various departments to identify and discuss project needs and requirements.
  •Design structures to meet structural load requirements by computing sizes, shapes, and strengths, performing structural analysis.
  •Provide drafting services using CAD and BIM (Revit).
  •Estimate workload to establish project completion timelines.
  •Make independent design decisions without supervision.
  •Conduct fieldwork and verify measurements of existing sites during the design stage if required.
  •Write technical specifications and Bill of Quantities.
  •Utilize 3D modeling software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP, CAD & BIM) for structural analysis and drafting.
  •Prepare design drawings, structural models, and structural design reports.
  •Assist in resolving technical problems encountered during the design process.
  •Participate in self-development and team training initiatives.
  •Follow company policies and procedures.
  •Perform additional duties as assigned.
  Requirements:
  •Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  •Experience: 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
  •Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  Technical Competencies:
  •Proven experience in structural design and contract document preparation for large civil engineering projects.
  •Strong knowledge of SBC codes and international (American) structural codes.
  •Proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  Key Skills:
  •Intermediate proficiency in structural analysis, design development, and project management.
  •Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
