• Description:
  The Investment Director is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on the manufacturing, real estate, and financial markets sectors. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing potential investments, and providing strategic recommendations to the holding company. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, have experience in the Saudi market, and possess a strong background in investment analysis, financial modeling, and deal structuring.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Identifying Investment Opportunities

  • Research and analyze investment opportunities in manufacturing, real estate, and financial markets.
  • Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments impacting potential investments.
  • Build strong relationships with industry experts, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.

  Investment Evaluation & Due Diligence

  • Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for potential investments.
  • Lead financial valuation processes, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, market comparisons, and other financial models.
  • Oversee due diligence processes in coordination with legal, financial, and technical teams.

  Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management

  • Develop investment strategies aligned with the holding company's long-term growth objectives.
  • Provide recommendations on asset allocation, investment diversification, and risk management.
  • Monitor the performance of existing investments and prepare periodic reports.

  Deal Execution & Negotiation

  • Structure and negotiate investment deals, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Work with legal teams to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Secure financing solutions when required for investment projects.

  Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare investment reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
  • Clearly communicate investment strategies and recommendations to executive leadership.
