  Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Strategy

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for IoT and AI-based cloud solutions.
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market trends, customer needs, and business impact.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI and IoT technologies into cloud-based platforms.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and data science teams to develop and launch innovative solutions.

  Project & Agile Product Management

  • Lead Agile development teams, manage backlogs, and ensure timely product releases.
  • Apply Project Management (PMP-certified) methodologies to ensure efficient execution, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track and measure KPIs to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement.

  IoT Communications & AI Integration

  • Oversee IoT device connectivity and cloud integration using MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, 5G, and OPC UA.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of AI-driven analytics and automation into IoT platforms.
  • Optimize edge computing and real-time data processing capabilities.

  Business Models & Financial Analysis

  • Develop SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS monetization models, including subscription, pay-per-use, and freemium strategies.
  • Conduct financial modeling, ROI analysis, and pricing strategy development.
  • Align product initiatives with business objectives and market trends.

  Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Marketing Execution

  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans, applying the 5 P’s of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People).
  • Define customer segments, personas, and value propositions for AI and IoT solutions.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to enhance market adoption.
  • Lead competitive analysis to ensure differentiation in the market.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in product development within IoT, AI, and cloud-based digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of IoT communication protocols (MQTT, CoAP, OPC UA, Zigbee, Modbus, LoRaWAN).
  • Experience in AI/ML deployment, cloud computing (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT), and edge computing.

  Project & Product Management

  • PMP certification and expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product lifecycles.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.

  Business & Marketing Expertise

  • Deep understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS business models.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and market research.
  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, applying the 5 P’s of marketing.

  Regional & Language Expertise

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Preferably with experience in the Saudi or Gulf digital and communications market.
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements, market trends, and business culture in the region.

  Leadership & Communication

  • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.

  Develop comprehensive automation and control system solutions, including:

  • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
  • Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
  • Instrumentation systems (sensors, transmitters, actuators)
  • Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS)
  • Advanced Process Control (APC)
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
