• Description:
  The ideal candidate should be present in KSA , speaks Arabic , has experience as a Finance Manager or Accounting Manager for the past 2 to 3 years minimum .

  Key Responsibilities of Head of Financial Department

  1. Financial Strategy & Compliance – Develop and implement financial strategies while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
  2. Budgeting & Reporting – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, including preparing reports for senior leadership and the board.
  3. Cash Flow & Risk Management – Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks to optimize financial performance.
  4. Financial Analysis & Decision Support – Provide in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
  5. Team Leadership & Collaboration – Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while collaborating with other departments to align financial processes.
  6. Cost Control & Reconciliation – Monitor costs, expenses, and revenues, and ensure accurate account reconciliation with bank records.
