• Description:
  The ideal candidate should have experience in the procurement cycle of either Water , Juices or Dairy manufacturing , and will handle the following :

  Procurement Responsibilities :

  1. Procurement Planning & Sourcing: Identify local and international procurement needs, prepare proposals, and source suppliers for required products and services.
  2. Supplier & Contract Management: Establish agreements, negotiate prices, and manage contracts with local and international suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
  3. Negotiation & Purchasing Execution: Oversee the procurement process, ensuring efficiency in pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and compliance with contract terms.
  4. Market Analysis & Cost Control: Conduct market research, track price trends, and analyze cost fluctuations to optimize purchasing decisions.
  5. Financial & Documentation Management: Handle purchase approvals, payment processing, invoicing, and the opening of bank credit lines.
  6. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Inspect and verify purchased goods to ensure compliance with specifications and coordinate with internal teams for quality control.
  7. Team & Supplier Relationship Management: Supervise procurement staff, maintain supplier databases, and build strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
