  Electrical Construction Manager (10–13 Years)
  Responsibilities:
  •Oversee electrical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  •Manage on-site operations, enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  •Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
  •Review and approve electrical designs, material procurement, and installation plans.
  •Supervise and mentor site teams, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency.
  •Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges to maintain project flow.
  •Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning to ensure system reliability.
  Requirements:
  •10–13 years of experience in electrical construction management.
  •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  •Strong leadership and project management skills.
  •Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  •Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
