  Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules for construction projects.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and material cost analysis.
  • Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Monitor project costs and report on budget variations.
  • Assist in contract administration and negotiation.
  • Prepare and review payment applications and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum5 years of experiencein quantity surveying or cost management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control procedures.
  • Proficiency inArabic & English(written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or similar).
