Description:
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in Jordan, Syria, and Iraq.
•Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors to drive revenue growth.
•Oversee sales operations, pricing, and contract negotiations to align with company targets.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
•Ensure compliance with financial policies and optimize sales performance through data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
•15+ years of sales experience in the building materials industry (cement, concrete, steel, etc.). Age not to exceed 47 years.
•Proven track record in business development and sales management across Jordan, Syria, and Iraq.
•Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
•Fluent in English and Arabic, with SAP or ERP knowledge as a plus.
•Nationality: Jordanian only.
