  Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the procurement of mechanical materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets.
  • Support in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, material submittals, and contract documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, site, and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and order tracking to prevent delays.
  • Ensure all procured mechanical components comply with international standards and local regulations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, pricing, and technical specifications.
  • Assist in cost analysis, risk assessment, and procurement strategy development.
  • Work closely with senior procurement engineers to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit procurement reports and documentation to management.
  Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in mechanical procurement, preferably in construction or MEP projects.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems and procurement processes.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze quotations, compare costs, and evaluate suppliers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to support contract negotiations and vendor management.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English (Preferred).
