Description:
Responsibilities:
-Support the General Manager in strategic and operational duties as per assigned tasks and authorities.
-Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s strategies, goals, and future directions.
-Participate in implementing company strategies and ensuring alignment across all operations.
-Assist in developing plans and programs to translate strategic goals into operational objectives.
-Ensure all operational activities comply with approved policies, procedures, and regulations.
-Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing programs for continuous improvement.
-Review and assess operational plans to ensure achievement of objectives.
-Approve purchases and contracts within the allocated budget for fixed assets, materials, spare parts, and services.
-Participate in formulating and recommending the sales plan.
-Recommend and approve agreements for selling company products on short, medium, and long-term bases.
-Participate in approving price lists and sales incentives in line with the annual budget.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
-15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within an industrial company.
-Prior knowledge and experience in Jordan, Syria, and Iraq is a significant advantage.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-In-depth knowledge of financial and sales policies.
-Experience in the cement or building materials industry is a plus.
-SAP system knowledge is an advantage.
-Fluent in English.
-Strong understanding of service/parts-related technical issues and vendor selection.
-Ability to work in cross-functional teams with a results-driven approach.
-Capable of handling conflicts, ambiguities, and adversarial relationships.
-Nationality: Jordanian only.
-Age: Maximum 45 years.
