Description:
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring the successful execution of the Project.
•Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations are strictly followed.
•Supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural teams, ensuring smooth workflow and integration.
•Monitor progress, site logistics, resource allocation, and material delivery to prevent project delays.
•Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and contractual requirements.
•Identify and resolve technical and operational site challenges, implementing effective solutions.
•Lead coordination meetings with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
•Enforce HSE regulations and risk management protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
•Prepare and submit progress reports, project documentation, and issue logs to senior management.
•Ensure adherence to budget constraints, quality control measures, and construction best practices.
Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
•Experience: Minimum 18 years in site management, preferably in stadium or large-scale construction projects.
•Certifications: PMP or Construction Management certifications are preferred.
•Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, structural works, and overall site coordination.
•Software Proficiency: Experience with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
•Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams, subcontractors, and ensure project milestones are met.
•Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex site challenges and implement strategic solutions.
•Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English (Preferred).
