  Key Responsibilities:
  •Oversee the installation, execution, and commissioning of HVAC & Plumbing systems for the Project.
  •Ensure mechanical construction activities align with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  •Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  •Monitor progress, resource allocation, and material delivery to prevent delays.
  •Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance.
  •Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
  •Identify and resolve construction issues, design conflicts, and site challenges.
  •Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, risk management protocols, and permit requirements.
  •Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and project documentation to senior management.
  Requirements:
  •Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  •Experience: Minimum 15 years in mechanical construction, preferably in stadium or large-scale projects.
  •Certifications: PMP or Construction Management certifications are preferred.
  •Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting system installation and coordination.
  •Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and project management tools.
  •Leadership: Proven ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and meet project deadlines.
  •Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement effective solutions.
  •Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English (Preferred).
