• Description:
  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mechanical engineering team, ensuring the successful design and execution of HVAC & Plumbing systems for the Project.
  • Review and approve mechanical designs, technical submittals, and material specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Ensure all mechanical works comply with international standards, local regulations, and client specifications.
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance of mechanical systems.
  • Identify and resolve design conflicts, technical challenges, and system inefficiencies.
  • Manage communication with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Develop and implement value engineering strategies to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and progress updates to senior management.

  Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years in mechanical engineering, preferably in stadium or large-scale construction projects.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting system design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and mechanical design software.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage a team of engineers, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure technical excellence.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English (Preferred).
