  Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the master project schedule, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain accurate and realistic project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, critical paths, and potential delays, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Analyze and manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and productivity tracking to optimize project efficiency.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, providing insights into project status and potential risks.
  • Utilize Primavera P6 and other project planning tools to develop detailed schedules and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead planning and coordination meetings, ensuring seamless communication between all project teams.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring timely project execution. Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years in project planning and scheduling, with experience in stadium or large-scale construction projects.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control methodologies.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to manage planning teams, coordinate with project stakeholders, and drive project timelines.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex project data, identify risks, and develop strategic solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English (Preferred).
