Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and risk management for the.
• Ensure all contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements comply with legal and project requirements.
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolutions, ensuring financial and contractual interests are protected.
• Develop and implement cost control measures, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
• Analyze and monitor contract performance, financial forecasts, and risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead commercial strategy development, procurement planning, and contract execution.
• Coordinate with project teams, legal advisors, and external stakeholders to optimize contract efficiency.
• Prepare and present contractual and commercial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry best practices, and project policies.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Law, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years in contract management and commercial leadership, preferably in stadium or large-scale construction projects.
• Certifications: MRICS, FRICS, or equivalent contract management qualifications are preferred.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in FIDIC contracts, claims management, cost control, and dispute resolution.
• Software Proficiency: Strong experience with Primavera P6, ERP systems, and contract management tools.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage commercial teams, negotiate contracts, and drive cost efficiency.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze financial data, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English (Preferred).
