Description:
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures for the HVAC & Plumbing scopes.
•Ensure full compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
•Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
•Lead HSE training programs for engineers, site supervisors, and workers to promote a strong safety culture.
•Oversee permit-to-work systems, emergency response plans, and incident reporting procedures.
•Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to maintain high safety standards.
•Monitor site activities and ensure strict adherence to PPE usage, worksite safety measures, and environmental protection guidelines.
•Prepare and submit detailed HSE reports and compliance documentation to senior management.
Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
•Experience: Minimum 15 years in HSE management, preferably in stadium or large-scale construction projects.
•Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications are mandatory.
•Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and safety management systems.
•Software Proficiency: Experience with HSE management systems, incident tracking software, and reporting tools.
•Leadership: Ability to enforce safety policies, conduct site inspections, and lead safety meetings effectively.
•Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English (Preferred).
