    Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales & Account Management: Identify new business opportunities, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on IT infrastructure solutions.
    • Client Consultation: Understand customer requirements and offer suitable IT infrastructure solutions (servers, SAN storage, networking equipment, licensing, firewalls, etc.).
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and drive growth in the region.
    • Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the Saudi market to identify trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay current on the latest IT infrastructure products, trends, and technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process and close deals in alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the IT industry, specifically in IT infrastructure solutions (servers, SAN storage, licensing, switches, firewalls, as well as audio/video solutions for smart meeting rooms etc.).
    • Market Knowledge: In-depth experience in the Saudi market and an understanding of local business dynamics.
    • Language: Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) is a must.
    • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure products, solutions, and services.
    • Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in the IT industry, particularly with a focus on system integration and Microsoft services
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling infrastructure and cloud solutions, as well as audio/video solutions for smart meeting rooms.
    • Knowledge of industry certifications or qualifications related to IT infrastructure (e.g., Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
