Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the property acquisition or rental process.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the property market, including historical and luxury properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
- Present properties effectively, highlighting their unique features and value to prospective buyers or renters.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, networking, and client management.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property visits, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to ensure properties are showcased effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in the property sector, particularly with historical properties, is highly valued but not mandatory.
- Background in the luxury items sector or high-end sales is considered an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management capabilities with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- A valid driver’s license and access to transportation are preferred.
