Description:
Responsibilities:
- Act as the in-house design support, stepping in when external agency deadlines are not met.
- Lead the creation of visual content while ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and guidelines.
- Oversee brand-related projects, ensuring all deliverables meet technical and creative standards.
- Review and maintain quality control across all design assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Manage and monitor project timelines to ensure the timely delivery of creative outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design concepts and strategies.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers or team members to enhance creativity and skill development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative or design role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, showcasing both creativity and technical skills.
- Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
