  Responsibilities:
  -Lead the design and structural analysis of high-rise buildings and mega projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.
  -Prepare detailed structural designs and calculations, utilizing advanced design software and tools.
  -Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to deliver integrated and optimized solutions.
  -Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and design teams.
  -Conduct quality assurance and review processes to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  -Represent the organization in client and stakeholder meetings, presenting design concepts and resolving technical issues.
  Qualifications and Skills:
  -Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  -Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings and mega projects.
  -Previous experience in renowned consultancy firms is a significant advantage.
  -Proficient in design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and Staad.Pro.
  -Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows for structural modeling and coordination.
  -Strong understanding of Saudi building codes (SBC) and international codes, including ACI, Eurocodes, and IBC.
  -Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex design challenges.
  -Strong communication and presentation skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
  -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
