  Responsibilities:
  -Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely delivery.
  -Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to gather input on project progress and update plans accordingly.
  -Monitor and analyze project performance using advanced planning software, identifying potential risks and recommending corrective actions.
  -Prepare detailed reports on project timelines, forecasts, and progress to keep stakeholders informed.
  -Oversee planning activities for commercial buildings and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery.
  Requirements:
  -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or a related field).
  -Experience: 8 to 15 years in planning and scheduling roles, particularly within commercial buildings and MEP projects.
  -Technical Expertise: Proficient in advanced planning software (e.g., Primavera P6 or equivalent).
  -Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management principles, critical path method (CPM), and risk assessment strategies.
