  Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and devise suitable solutions. 2. Organize workshops to collect requirements and craft solutions. 3. Customize Oracle P6 Primavera EPPM applications to align with client needs. 4. Develop tailored reports and interfaces as required. 5. Create functional and technical specifications for custom development. 6. Manage project timelines and budgets. 7. Provide training and assistance to end-users. 8. Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPPM technologies and best practices. Profile Requirements 1. Engage in requirement discussions with clients and document them clearly. 2. Translate business requirements into functional solutions, assessing feasibility and optimization. 3. Cultivate strong relationships with diverse teams. 4. Exhibit excellent communication skills, especially in explaining complex solutions. 5. Document functional specifications based on business needs. 6. Develop and test proof of concepts for proposed solutions. 7. Identify, document, and conduct functional testing to ensure solution accuracy. 8. Provide production support to client business. 9. Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Request to Order, SCM, PTP, Workflow solutions following quality standards. 10. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. 11. Demonstrate clarity, assertiveness, and creativity in written expression. 12. Exhibit good presentation skills and prompt responsiveness. 13. Be a proactive team player with a result-oriented approach. 14. Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle EPPM modules, including Project Management, Resource Management, Portfolio Management, project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using Oracle Primavera and EPPM. 15. Familiarity with Oracle implementation Methodology. 16. Strong understanding about integration with SAP ECC, S4/HANA (especially SAP EPPM), MS projects, & Oracle other modules. 17. Ability to lead workshops and gather requirements. 18. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 19. Knowledge about implementation SAP project management for integration with Oracle. 20.
