  Key Responsibilities:
  ERP and Systems Management:

  • Oversee the operation and strategic projects related to our Odoo ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all business areas.
  • Strengthen collaboration between the IT development team and business units to ensure that implementations and upgrades of the ERP system.
  • Place the future plans to align with the business goals and vision.

  Network and Security Oversight:

  • Implement and maintain robust network infrastructure across all locations to support internal operations and retail activities.
  • Prepare for and manage regular network and information security audits, ensuring compliance with the latest standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies and protocols to safeguard company data and systems.

  IPO Preparation:

  • Collaborate with finance and executive teams to prepare IT systems and processes for IPO listing requirements in KSA.
  • Ensure that all IT operations are compliant with the regulatory standards required for public companies.

  
  Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Provide strategic financial insights on IT investments to senior management.

  Team Leadership:

  • Lead and develop the IT department, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure staff are well-versed in, and effectively use, our ERP systems and other IT tools.

  Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Same or similar within a retail environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing ERP systems in a large, dynamic environment.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably including hands-on experience with Odoo, or significant experience with Oracle, SAP, or AX.
  • Proven track record of preparing for and leading IT operations through audits and regulatory compliance checks.
  • Previous experience in a company listed on the stock market, particularly in KSA, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-departmental projects.

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
