     Excellent command English, or /and Arabic is a plus.
     Excellent management skills (Planning, Decision making, Analytical, Organizing, Controlling, & leading).

     In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
     Customer Oriented Duties And Responsibilities
    1. Develop and operate key account distribution network benchmark against top multinational companies and distributors
    operating in Saudi Arabia. This involves:
    a. Analyse current distribution network of key accounts which includes credit sales, merchandizing, and marketing.
    b. Prepare short and long term national key account sales plan and leads implementation.
    c. Participate in key account contract negotiation with the objective to get best contract terms.
    2. Support company performance measured in sales volume, market share, brand assessment, positioning, and other
    sales support activities.
    3. Enhance excellent relationship with senior key account management, makes regular visits to them , solve any
    problems and makes sure our products are well distributed and displayed.
    4. Work closely with marketing staff to plan and direct advertising and promotional campaigns in targeted accounts.
    Manage sales promotion budget against set sales growth targets.
    5. Prepare periodic reports to national sales director to discuss challenges arising in sales operations, strategic
    developments. Works out solutions with corresponding recommended actions.
