• Description:
  Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Manages the administration, support and training for business applications.
  2. Acts as a focal point for communicating related system problems within the department and collaborates with other teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates.
  3. Responsible to develop rollout/release plans for both new applications and upgrades to existing applications.
  4. Ensures that IT & business applications comply with company security policies.
  5. Develops feasibility studies and proposals for IT Director.
  6. Develops criteria to evaluate 3rd party vendors and applications.
  7. Manages all aspects of implementation planning & coordination.
  8. Meet agreed upon service levels (i.e. project schedules, system availability, etc.)
  9. Identifies emerging trends/best practices and ensures proposed solutions meet Company Goals.
  10. Sets technical direction for business applications and maintenance initiatives.
  11. Develops detailed plans and accurate estimates for the design, build, and implementation of projects.
  12. Manage all personnel aspects of the IT Applications team with the IT Director (hiring, performance reviews, etc.).
  13. Knowledge of business applications related to the industry like Sales Force Automation, Merchandising, SAP S/4HANA ERP, SCADA, etc.
  14. Participate in IT strategy planning activities.
  15. Support change management and business adoption of technologies.
  16. Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the IT Director.

      Familiarity managing ERP, HRMS, ITSM, SFA, CRM, CMS, SharePoint
