Description:
Minimum of 10 years, solid experience with focus on Learning and Developmentin 5 years • Knowledge of the HRD processes including TNA analysis, developing training plan, performing training evaluation.
• Knowledge of learning and training concepts, as well as how to apply training approaches.
• Knowledge in leadership assessment tools, coaching programs and techniques, action learning, and experiential
learning.
• Knowledge in performance management.
• Knowledge in Quality Management
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2018 , a plus _____________________________________________________ Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of HRD,
performance management, and knowledge management in alignment with Company. Oversee the process of developing training content by working with training providers
and department managers to achieve training objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for
improvements. Analyse data and produce a report about talent development, and performance
management KPIs (key performance indicators)
