Responsibilities:
•Team & Project Leadership:
• Lead tendering activities to align with strategic goals.
• Oversee design work and ensure timely proposal submissions.
• Guide team operations, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
•Proposal Development:
• Lead proposal creation and review with bid and business development teams.
• Analyze project requirements from RFPs and define bid strategies.
• Ensure proposals meet cost, quality, and design standards.
•Design & Planning:
• Collaborate with project managers to align design goals and timelines.
• Review and refine architectural and engineering drawings at the initial level.
•Budget & Quality Control:
• Manage design budgets, focusing on cost efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain deliverable standards.
•Client & Vendor Relations:
• Communicate with clients and vendors to address inquiries and integrate feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
•Documentation & Reporting:
• Write and refine proposals and related documents.
• Organize and control document versions and updates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project or proposal management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP); LEED and sustainability certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with advanced analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience in cost planning, value engineering, contract management, and client relations.
