  Main Duties:

  • Formulating and overseeing the implementation of a company's MIS policies to protect data.
  • Identifying and introducing process improvements to increase MIS efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining a MIS plan, including budget needs, operational requirements and schedules.
  • Planning and overseeing hardware and software installations.
  • Performing regular servicing and maintenance of a company's MIS system to ensure it is safe and efficient.
  • Analyzing MIS data to spot and mitigate patterns or trends that can cause unplanned downtimes or outages.
  • Training employees and other interested parties about MIS activities to increase their awareness and expertise.
  • Monitoring the performance of employees and guiding them to improve their output.
  • Supervising MIS staff and motivating them to work efficiently and collaboratively.
  • Planning and managing upgrades of software and hardware components.
  • Following the sector's developments and recommending new MIS solutions or practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Hardware and software installation when training information system employees and support the staff by handling complex installations.
  • Develop solutions that address the company's information system needs.

    Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in programming, or computer science or information technology.
  • Total experience of 15 years minimum with 5 years in senior position.
  • Dual language (Arabic, English) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in implementing international ERP fully for manufacturing companies.
  • Having good financial background specially in products costing.
  • Having cyber security awareness.
  • Having project management skills.
  • Having extensive knowledge of an organization’s business and MIS requirements.
  • Bilingual Arabic/English.
  • Having Transferable Iqama is preferred.
