- Manage and lead the creation, review, and updates on existing Job descriptions.
- Lead HR operational activities to ensure timely provision of HR procedures and processes, prioritizing according to the needs and risks.
- Ensure the accuracy of data in the HRMS relating to records management, leave, payroll, medical and other HR duties are coordinated and executed within expected standards.
- Assist in updating department risk register and risk assessment activities.
- Ensure the delivery of all aspects of HR services within agreed SLAs and regularly provide reports and matrices on department performance and milestones.
- Manage all offboarding full cycle formalities for all employees.
- Conducts exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address concerns.
- Raises HR-related issues with line managers in a proactive and diplomatic fashion, identifying practical solutions and appropriate action plans.
- Conduct periodic internal audits on department activities to ensure compliance.
- Be proactive in identifying issues, themes and patterns affecting the employees’ health and welfare, including sexual harassment and abuse of authority.
- Manage & lead the management initiatives for an inclusive, positive, and prospering culture.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
