  Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the operation of all recreational facilities, including gyms, swimming pools, sports courts, and lounges.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Monitor facility usage to prevent overcrowding and ensure equitable access for all resident categories.
  • Manage recreation staff, including fitness trainers, lifeguards, and support personnel, by scheduling shifts and assigning responsibilities.
  • Provide training to staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve staff efficiency.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee recreational activities and events tailored to different resident groups.
  • Collaborate with the Recreation Manager to introduce new programs based on resident feedback and interests.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted safely and within set guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding recreation services.
  • Collect feedback from residents to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate schedules, events, and updates through notice boards, emails, or mobile apps.
  •  Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
  •  Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and recreation areas.
  •  Maintain accurate records of facility usage, activity attendance, and feedback.
  •  Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recreation operations.
  •  Assist in budgeting and procurement of supplies for recreation services.

  Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in recreation or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience managing facilities and coordinating events is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (mandatory).
  • Fitness Trainer or Lifeguard Certification (preferred).
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage with diverse resident groups.
