  Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of soft services, including housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping, security, waste management, laundry and pest control.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery through effective staff management and training programs.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for soft services to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance and quality of services, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Manage relationships with service providers and vendors.

  Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in soft services management, preferably within a large facility or compound.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
