  Responsibilities:
  •Manage the maintenance and engineering operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
  •Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
  •Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and technical support.
  •Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  •Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and capital improvement projects.
  Qualifications
  •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  •Minimum of 12 years of experience in hard services management within a large facility or compound.
  •Strong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.
  •Proven ability to manage maintenance teams and external contractors.
  •Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
