    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Dynamics 365 Solution Implementation
      • Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain modules to meet business requirements.
      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
      • Provide hands-on support during testing and deployment phases, ensuring solutions meet quality standards.
    2. Business Process Analysis & Optimization
      • Analyze and map retail industry-specific processes to Dynamics 365 capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
      • Recommend and design process improvements to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support end-to-end business processes in finance, operations, and supply chain.
    3. Retail Industry Expertise
      • Apply retail industry knowledge to understand and solve complex business challenges in finance, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and sales.
      • Provide insights on best practices in retail industry standards and assist in designing solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
    4. Stakeholder Engagement & Training
      • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions, providing guidance, and delivering effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system and maximizing solution adoption across teams.
    5. Project Documentation & Quality Assurance
      • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, functional design documents, and user manuals.
      • Work closely with technical teams to ensure all configurations meet client specifications and perform quality assurance checks on deliverables.
        Qualifications:
      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations are highly preferred.
      • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics consulting, with a focus on Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
      • Technical Skills:
        • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, specifically in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
        • Strong understanding of retail industry processes, including inventory management, point of sale (POS), and procurement.
        • Proficiency in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and solution design.
