Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the building materials and construction chemicals industry. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
•Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building materials and construction chemicals sector to achieve sales targets.
•Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, advising them on the best solutions to meet their needs.
•Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the management for strategic planning.
•Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
•Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the General Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Chemical, or a related field.
•Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in sales within the building materials and construction chemicals industry.
•Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building materials and construction chemicals and their applications.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant sales and reporting software.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
•Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
