  Responsibilities:
  •Drive business growth and increase company revenue.
  •Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  •Expand the company's market presence and brand recognition.
  •Open new markets and explore new geographical areas.
  •Recommend new products and services; establish strategic partnerships.
  •Negotiate partnerships with local and international consultants.
  •Write proposals and lead efforts to increase successful bids.
  •Maintain and enhance marketing materials to align with business needs.
  •Guide long-term strategic objectives to meet market demands.
  •Lead client-relationship management.
  •Develop and execute business strategies to meet company goals.
  •Provide strategic advice to the board and shareholders on company direction.
  •Prepare business plans focused on cost-effective operations and market growth.
  •Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
  •Build and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders, partners, and authorities.
  •Oversee financial performance, investments, and ventures.

  Qualifications:
  •Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  •Minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles, with a focus on business development and project management.
  •Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  •Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  •Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  •Strong financial acumen and understanding of market trends.
  •Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.
  •Knowledge of the infrastructure and environmental sectors is an advantage.
