Description:
We are looking for a results-oriented General Manager to lead our company in door systems, access control, renewable energy, and electrical solutions. This role will oversee sales, supply chain, and technical teams, driving business growth and operational efficiency, while aligning with market trends in building technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for business growth in building materials, construction, and related sectors.
• Sales & Business Development: Lead the sales team to identify market opportunities, maintain client relationships, and expand product reach.
• Operations & Supply Chain: Ensure efficient processes across operations, supply chain, and technical services.
• Product Strategy: Identify and integrate new offerings in access control, renewable energy, and smart building technologies.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet operational and financial goals.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics for profitability.
• Client Relations: Build strong industry connections and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Technical Sales, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10-15 years of experience, including 5 in management.
• Proven leadership in building materials, construction, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Experience with access control, renewable energy, or climate control technologies.
• Strong operations, sales, and supply chain management background.
• Strategic planning and financial acumen (budgeting, P&L).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of innovative building technologies and smart solutions.
• Results-driven, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
