• Description:
  Responsibilities:
  •Communicates with Departments at various levels to discuss and identify needs and requirements.
  •Review and validate the Engineers / Junior Engineer’s products
  •Provide Environmental Study such as Ecological / Climatologic Studies and Environmental Impact Study.
  •Review the received Environmental Studies from subconsultant or Client
  •To do the coordination with the project stakeholders and Authorities.
  •To do the Coordination with Urban planning and Landscaping teams the result for the environmental studies in design.
  •To do the Coordination with Infrastructure Utilities team.
  •Inspects work designed by him and/or others.
  •Supervises on-sit construction for compliance with the contract's technical specifications.
  •Comply with Quality / Assurances company regulations.
  •Reviews Change Orders and substitutions.
  •Participate in Value Engineering workshops
  •Participates in self and other's education, training and development, as applicable.
  •Follows related Policies and Procedures.
  •Perform other related duties as assigned.
  •Good knowledge for design Software related to Environmental field.
  •Assist Supervision Team in Documents submittals review.
  •Assist Senior Infrastructure Utilities Engineer in EOR tasks.
  •Responsible for the Authorities Approvals and Environmental Certificate issuance.
  •Assist Business Development for RFP evaluation and hours estimating.
  •Reporting to Infrastructure Department Manager.
  Requirements:
  •Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
  •10 to 15 years of experience.
  •Fluent in English languages both written and spoken.
  •Proven record in the design, specifications, and construction of Environmental engineering field for new and existing sites, in Mega scale projects.
  •Knowledge of Local and International codes and standards such as NCEC and PME regulations, SBC, MOMRA, NWC, Environmental Law, Water law, LEED, Green Infrastructure, Mostadam.
  •Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera and/or Microsoft Projects and Environmental related engineering software.
