  Tasks

  • Manage day-to-day support in Ariba & its integration with ECC
  • Facilitate the support of supplier life cycle and performance, sourcing, and contract management.
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of the upstream process.
  • Should be managing templates or supplier questionnaires if necessary.
  • Establishment and refinement of contracting and sourcing templates in SAP Ariba.
  • Supporting the migration of contract clauses to the SAP Ariba clause library
  • Performing post-quality reviews of sourcing events to ensure alignment with defined processes.
  • Must possess knowledge of CIG and the ability to resolve issues upon failure.
  • Raise SR for the issues and coordinate with the Ariba team for issues and any service requests.
  • Should be working with other teams on regular maintenance activities such as Ariba addon upgrades, certificate renewals, and quarterly releases.
  • Integrate with other teams like basis, authorization, and ABAP to complete the deliverable.
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
  • Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents
  • Participate in SAP solution implementation projects (business requirements reviews, system configuration, test documentation, and execution
  • Work on internal Enhancement and internal projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Expertise in MM is desired.

    Specialized knowledge & Desired Skillset & Abilities:
  • Expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing, Buying and Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance.
  • Certification in the above modules is desirable.
  • Expertise in CIG- Cloud integration Gateway.
  • Good knowledge of SAP proxy messages, workflow, and PI messages.
  • Should be well versed on the integration aspect of Ariba with ECC
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to analyze user needs and design complete solutions.
  • Ability to analyze and understand the current custom functionalities implemented in SAP.
  • Must have a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience will be added value
  • ECC/SRM background
  • Language: English (Fluent) and Arabic (Preferred).
  • Professional certifications: SAP Ariba
