We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards 9.1/9.2 Technical - Functional Consultant to join our team and support our business processes and system enhancements.

  Position Summary: The JD Edwards 9.1/9.2 Technical -Functional Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications. This role requires both technical and functional expertise to effectively analyze business requirements and deliver robust solutions.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical and functional specifications.
  • Design, configure, and implement JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1 and 9.2 modules to align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customizations, interfaces, and enhancements within JD Edwards applications.
  • Conduct system analysis, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize the performance of JD Edwards applications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and training materials.
  • Facilitate system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
  • Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Train and support end-users and junior consultants on JD Edwards functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with JD Edwards 9.1/9.2 updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, particularly versions 9.1 and 9.2.
  • Strong technical skills in JD Edwards development tools (e.g., E1 Development Tools, FDA, RDA, OMW).
  • In-depth functional knowledge of JD Edwards modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
  • Experience with JD Edwards CNC architecture and configuration.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
